PROPOSED ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival & Grounding

  • Arrive in Tulum and enjoy a private transfer to your eco-luxury wellness hotel

  • Light welcome lunch followed by time to settle in

  • Opening circle + intention setting on a breezy rooftop

  • Gentle sunset yoga + guided meditation

  • Nourishing welcome dinner with locally sourced plant-based cuisine

Day 2: Cleanse & Center

  • Morning vinyasa flow in an open-air shala

  • Tropical fruit breakfast and herbal elixirs

  • Time for journaling, beach walks, or relaxing by the pool

  • 90-minute spa ritual: massage, herbal steam, or body scrub

  • Restorative yin yoga + sound bath

  • Dinner under the stars, followed by optional moonlit meditation

Day 3: Ritual & Release

  • Sunrise breathwork and meditation

  • Breakfast followed by a visit to a cenote for a private water blessing ceremony

  • Journaling or one-on-one coaching session (optional)

  • Afternoon cacao ceremony and intention-setting ritual

  • Free time or additional spa treatments

  • Group dinner and reflection circle

Day 4: Reconnect & Realign

  • Morning power yoga or slow flow

  • Free day to rest, explore Tulum town, or visit the beach

  • Optional experiences: Mayan clay ritual, tarot session, or temazcal sweat lodge

  • Evening meditation + crystal bowl sound healing

  • Final group dinner and celebration ceremony

Day 5: Integration & Departure

  • Sunrise meditation and closing circle

  • Light breakfast and heartfelt goodbyes

  • Private transfers to Tulum or Cancún airport
